My mission and vision
I build bridges between current state reality to future state outcomes for people and companies by (1) clarifying the problems to be solved, (2) creating systems that drive better performance, and (3) ensuring that people are focused on work that makes the best use of their talents.
My vision is to ensure that (1) work is more purposeful and differentiated and (2) people are able to live lives of greater meaning and passion.
What makes me different
Many Revenue Operations leaders grow up inside Sales Ops or CRM administration. My path was different by design.
Over my career, I’ve operated across investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, corporate development, chief of staff roles, and revenue operations leadership. That breadth gives me a wider lens on how businesses actually scale.
I’ve worked across companies ranging from growth-stage startups to billion-dollar enterprises, spanning healthcare, workflow automation, collaboration software, and education technology. Across every environment, the pattern has been the same: align strategy, systems, people, and execution so growth becomes more predictable and scalable.
What differentiates me is the ability to connect multiple layers of the business simultaneously:
- Executive strategy and board-level thinking
- GTM process design and operational rigor
- Data analysis and financial modeling
- Systems implementation and workflow automation
- Cross-functional alignment and change management
- AI-enabled operational leverage
I’m equally comfortable building the business case in Excel, designing the operating model, implementing changes in systems, and leading the organizational adoption required to make the change stick.
I bring both operator depth and pattern recognition from years of exposure to high-performing organizations, including companies backed by Insight Partners and leadership teams from organizations like athenahealth, Automation Anywhere, and Mural.
And when a problem extends beyond my own expertise, I have a deep network of operators, executives, and specialists across my professional and academic ecosystems to draw from.
The result is a style of RevOps leadership that is not narrowly functional. It is business-first, systems-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused.
How I can help
I bring a blend of operational, technological, strategic, and financial know-how. Most of the problems I’m drawn to don’t fit neatly into a single function — and that’s exactly where I do my best work.

| Cluster | What it means | How I solve it |
|---|---|---|
| Forecasting & Visibility | Leadership can’t trust the forecast — the CRO and CFO are looking at different numbers and no one can explain why | I build the data models, reporting cadence, and dashboard architecture that give leadership a single version of truth from pipeline through revenue |
| GTM Planning | Annual planning is a spreadsheet exercise that falls apart by Q2 — capacity, territory, quota, and comp aren’t connected | I design planning cycles that connect every input into a coherent operating commitment the whole team executes against |
| Cross-Functional Alignment | Sales, Finance, and CS are operating from different versions of the business — meetings produce debate, not decisions | I build the shared definitions, joint reviews, and operating cadences that get every function moving from the same picture |
| Systems & Process Design | The revenue process has gaps, workarounds, and tribal knowledge baked in — it works until it doesn’t | I design the workflows that keep revenue moving cleanly from lead to renewal, built to scale as the business grows |
| Comp & Incentive Design | The comp plan is complex, inconsistent, and driving the wrong behaviors | I simplify and redesign compensation structures that align incentives to strategy across multiple roles and revenue models |
| Analytical Storytelling | The data exists but no one can agree on what it means or what to do next | I turn complex data into clear narratives that earn alignment from boards, executives, and cross-functional teams |
| Develops People and Teams | The team lacks the capability, structure, or development infrastructure to scale with the business | I hire for capability gaps, build cross-functional teams, and create the development infrastructure that multiplies talent over time |
| Enters New Domains Fast | The business is entering a new market, segment, or function and needs someone who can build credibility and context quickly | I become operational in new domains faster than most — with documented playbooks across healthcare, enterprise automation, PLG SaaS, and early-stage environments |
How I work
- I bring calm, analytical energy to complex and high-pressure situations — I don’t panic when things are ambiguous, I get curious and start building the picture.
- I operate from first principles and do my best to distill timeless mental models into a digital toolbox for addressing complex problems in business and in life.
Interests
- Productivity systems — I’m a practitioner, not just a follower. Building this page is an experiment in demonstrating my knowledge in this area.
- Go-to-Market — connecting the dots between strategy and execution to deliver customer value is where I’ve focused my career.
- Organizational performance improvement — intentionally designing the combination of people, process, and technology to improve collaboration and achieve strategic goals.
- Writing — clear writing leads to clear thinking.
- Reading — I love to learn and I don’t just passively consume information; I engage with it in a way so that knowledge is a compounding asset (ask me about my “second brain” setup).
Helping others
- I love to help people who may be feeling stuck in their life or career by being open to sharing stories about what’s worked for me to forge a path forward.
